Timothy Dalton Biography

Timothy Peter Dalton (born March 21, 1946 in Colwyn Bay, North Wales) is a British actor.

Life

Timothy Dalton studied for his degree in the Welsh School Rydal Penrhos School in North Wales at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and soon went with first roles at the National Youth Theatre on tour. Dalton joined the acting school does not, but joined Birmingham Repertory Theatre in 1966 and began working for British television, especially the BBC.

In The Lion in Winter (1968) with Katharine Hepburn and Peter O\'Toole played Dalton\'s first film role, the French King Philip. Timothy Dalton was internationally known for his role as the fourth performer of the agent James Bond in The Living Daylights (1987) and Licence to Kill (1989).
